LEM product documentation
These pages describe the LEM workspace you signed up for: how to activate it, what each screen does, and what to do when something goes wrong.
They cover the product only, and they are not part of your contract. What controls the commercial relationship is the frozen set of documents named in the Contract Execution Manifest — your Order Form (executed by recorded click acceptance of the versioned contract pack at first workspace activation) first, then the DPA, the Master Services Agreement, the Voice Add-On Addendum (where enabled), the EULA, the SLA, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund Policy, in that order. Under clause 2.5 of the Master Services Agreement, the website Terms, Privacy Notice, AI Transparency Notice, support page and this documentation are notices or information only and do not form part of the Agreement. Where these pages and your executed contract set disagree, the contract set wins.

- Pricing and packages — what LEM Cloud includes, which capabilities are add-ons or gated, how invoicing works, and how to cancel.
- Getting started — activate your account, save your recovery codes where a second factor is enabled, and have your first conversation.
- User guide — one section per job: chat, drafts, commitments, memory, tasks, reminders, portfolio, finance, images, settings and export, plus the screens that are only available once ordered and enabled.
- FAQ — data, access, exports, deletion, support, cancellation.
- Troubleshooting — sign-in problems, rejected codes, "not configured" screens, interrupted answers.

The pages below are published copies, for reference. Where a page and your executed contract set disagree, the executed contract set governs. The Service Levels, Acceptable Use and Refund Policy pages mirror documents that do form part of the executed Agreement. The rest are notices and information.
