LEM Cloud

LEM Cloud is a hosted AI workspace for customers who want an agent that can operate across approved tools, remember the working context, and keep customer data inside a defined workspace boundary. Each paid workspace has its own runtime, secrets scope, support record, billing evidence, backup boundary, and audit trail.

The optional LEM Mac Connector adds approved local-machine access when a cloud workspace needs files, repositories, terminal context, browser automation, or Mac-only app context. The connector is packaged and released separately from the cloud workspace, with signed and notarized release evidence required before it can be sold.

What Customers Get

  • A hosted LEM Cloud workspace with authenticated dashboard access.
  • Customer-approved integrations, data sources, and outbound action rules.
  • Per-workspace runtime, LEM_HOME, secrets, approved integration credentials, backup, and audit boundaries.
  • Support, refund, cancellation, data export, and deletion paths published before launch.
  • Optional LEM Mac Connector when local files, repositories, browser, terminal, or Mac-only context is part of the sold package.

Before A Workspace Is Live

LEM treats a paid workspace as live only after the commercial gates have evidence for customer intake, workspace access, auth, billing, provisioning, isolation, support operations, launch evidence, public legal/support pages, and the public-sale go-live checklist.

The public legal and support pages are available here:

Product Boundary

The first-customer baseline is one authenticated dashboard workspace for one authorised business user. Messaging channels, connected accounts, voice, local machine access, and other optional features are included only when the signed Order Form identifies them and their provider, privacy, security, transfer, and operational gates have passed. A website description does not activate a feature or replace the signed contract set.
